Returns and Exchanges

HIP Apparel does not accept returns or size/color exchanges for products due to being made-to-order. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or if there’s a carrier error or invalid address, HIP Apparel will offer a reshipment. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and claims for undelivered items must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.

Here’s a breakdown of HIP Apparel’s return and exchange policies:

No Returns/Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse:

  • HIP Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges if a customer simply changes their mind or orders the wrong size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If a product is damaged or defective, customers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof may be required.

Carrier Errors/Invalid Addresses:

  • If a product is returned due to an issue with the delivery address or carrier, HIP Apparel will offer to reship the order.

Unclaimed Returns:

  • If a product is returned to HIP Apparel’s facility, the user will be contacted and responsible for the shipping cost to have it reshipped. Unclaimed returns are typically donated to charity after 30 days.

Reshipping/New Orders:

  • If a customer requires a different size or wants a different product for reasons other than damage or defect, they will need to place a new order at their own expense.
